It looks like fungal infection from what u say. burning urination is because of itching.
Tell her to drink plenty of oral fluids and avoid using shower gels, detol, savlon or any strong soaps. Let her use a mild soap or v wash
Candid cream to be applied over the external genitalia
Tab flucanozole 150 mg once in 3days totally 3doses
