Cerazette - Periods
I am breastfeeding. My periods started after 6 weeks of giving birth. I have heavy periods (due to fibroid in my uterus), so doctor told to take regestrone for 21 days and then after period cycle resumes, on first day take cerazette(till 3 months) My periods have resumed and I have taken 3 cerazette tablets till now, when will the bleeding stop ?

Continue cerazzette for next 18 days and your bleeding will stop , and if still continue in next cycle then consult local gynecologist

Observe  for  few more days, mostly  it will  stop.If menstrual  flow  is haevy ,consult your  doctor.

Cerazette is a progesterone only pill and intermittent bleeding can happen. It is difficult to predict when periods will stop as that will depend on fibroid size and location. You can combine progesterone with tranexamic acid tablets.
Next Steps
Can consider Mirena insertion for bleeding if the uterine cavity is normal and not distorted due to bleeding
