Do implantation bleeding is heavy ... because i don't know if is my period or implantation bleeding..my bleeding now is heavy it soak a pad

Hi doctors, Hope you are doing well! I am a married(for 2.5years) female of 34years,i am having lower abdomen pain and upset stomach, I consult with doctor and got medicated for it.
