My periods are coming late by every month. Late periods is connect with uterus problem or not?? And why it is happening

Hello doctor, This side zainab, I have a concern that is, I'm facing swelling and pain issue on my just above the abdomen, Even if I touch it, it is painful and it is also swollen, which means it bloated. I'm facing this issue since long time like 6 to 8 months. Please guide me what should I do.. 

I got genital warts recently and it's itching alot. I see that it's multiplying down there. Before I just had one and I neglected it. I had consulted a gynaecologist as well. Then, she only told me to take HPV vaccination. Before that she gave me antifungal antibiotics to treat this. But, that didn't help. Now, it's itching alot and multiplying. I was using candid cream on that.

I've been taking susten sr 200 for almost 10 days now and getting milky discharge. (I'm 10 DPO. Trying to conceive) Is the discharge due to Susten?

My wife had an ultrasound in 36 week and the baby weight and AC  was on higher side. Dr told that there is slight chance for baby soulder getting stuck during delivery and asked to wait for normal labour to occur, now it's 39 week 6 days still she didn't go in labour. I want to know should we go for induction of pain or c section as induction of pain increase the chance of stuck shoulder.

Kindly suggest me as I am doing it since last three months how much HCG I should take for egg rupture 5000 or 10000 hcg dose...I want to conceive

Today I had gct test with urine test in blood I found my sugar levels are 113 and in my urine it shows sugar+ did I have gestional diabetes???
