I have pcod. Also I have OCD. I am having my ocd treatment and because of my ocd and depression i can not exercise regularly or cook healthy regularly, I just donot have energy in my body. I am walking 5,k steps a day but I don't know how to cure the pcod. Can anyone help me?

My cousin aged 29 is undergoing ivf procedure.
