Axillary lymph nodes in right side

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am 31. An year ago I had c section. Since then I had left breast pain on and off.my USG report is normal except right axillary lymph node of 25 mm by 7 mm. My tsh is 4 and prolactin level 14.5 done after 10 days from first day of period. Cbc was normal exept leucocytes 11700. Is it serious?
