Pcod treatment with inositol
Can 40:1 ratio of inositol be taken for pcod.if yes than can it be taken with folic acid (vit b12).will it improve ovulation.I am struggling with my pcod.

As per the recommendations a ratio of Myoinositol and D Chiro inositol in 40:1 is the best as far as reproductive health of the woman is concerned. Folic acid and Vit B12 will not facilitate Ovulation but they have a different role in reproduction.
