Hello there ,
Yes , this medicine will help . As you are not getting periods, you will require medicine for ovulation induction and follicular monitoring and folic acid 5 mg tablet .
Exercise for 30-45 min for atleast 5 days a week . Eat high fibre , high protein diet . Take complex carbohydrates.
