PCOD and inositol
Hi, I have PCOD   insulin resistance. I am currently obese (108kg, 5'8). I was 88 kgs a year ago after strict diet and exercise routine, but slowly gained back all the weight lost in 1 year. My periods have become irregular again. I am again starting my fitness journey. One of my friends suggested that I take inositol supplements for insulin resistance and regular periods. Please advise the dosage and which brand of inositol.supplement should I start on?
