Pcod problem and suggest medicine
Doctor, I’m 32 years old and have been suffering from PCOD  for around 20 years. I have tried different treatments, along with diet and regular exercise, but my periods are still irregular. Last October, I had continuous bleeding for 30 days. After 6 months of treatment, my scan showed no PCOD and my periods became regular for about 3 months. But for the past 4 months, my periods have become irregular again. I had a scan 2 days ago, and the doctor said PCOD has come back. I’m very worried. Why does this keep happening even though I follow a healthy diet and exercise? What medicine wil help to get regular periods continue to use.

PCOD can come back even with good diet and exercise, since hormonal balance can shift over months. Your weight can also make cycles harder to regulate long term.
Next Steps
Please discuss this recurring pattern with your gynaecologist and ask about a longer term plan, not just restarting the same treatment.
Health Tips
Please don't pick your own medicine for this. The right option depends on your full history and current scan.
