Virginity doesn't interfere with PCO.butbif u r sexually active then under impression of irregular periods in PCO...u will miss pregnancy.whatever medicine she has given then u should get period but if u r pregnant then u will not get it.pco patient can get pregnant even though they have irregular menses.thats why your gynecologist ask about verginity.
