Inositol for pcos
Hi, I have been trying to conceive for 5 years with pcos.. have tried fertility treatments likw iui and ivf but no result.. I am on a break from these treatments and planning to try on our own for few months.. in the meanwhile I have been suggested to take myo inositol regulating the periods along with prenatal multivitamins.. I am not obese any only symptoms of pcos is irregular periods.. should I take only myo inositol or combination of myo inositol with d chiro inositol in 40:1 ratio ? I definitely do not want to lose weight hence asking this question..

Combination of Myoinositol and D Chiro inositol. D Chiro inositol is better. It will not make you lose weight. But it will make your tissues more sensitive to the effect of your own body circulating insulin. Then ovaries will become more responsive to their hormone control.
