Hi doctor, In the double marker test, trisomy 21 is positive. If NIPT result comes negative, is it trustworthy or is this also like a probability assumption? If the NIPT result comes positive, what to do the next step?

Last year I was diagnosed with submucosal fibroids 5mm x 11mm. Everything was going fine, until march as I received my periods in 15 days in which spotting and brown discharge continued till 10th day. The next month went fine. Now again I am experiencing brown discharge post period which goes up till 10th day, though my cycle is normal of 25 days. Kindly suggest the way forward.
