I am trying to convince. Dr suggested letrozol (Letoval 2.5mg) tab to take from day 3 to 7. Last month taken the tabs and done follicular study. I had periods on 31st May. My date is approaching. I am having PMS (severe cramps from last 2/3 days).
1. If my period occurs then should i again intake letrozol this month?
2. For how many months should i follow this process?
3. As i am having sever cramps so is there still any chance that i may conceive?

Letrozole doesn't have a 100% success rate. You may have to take this medicine for many cycles.
You are having severe premenstrual symptoms. If the symptoms don't subside with the onset of menstrual flow then you should consult your Gynaecologist before you take the next course of Letrozole. A sonography may be required because at times Letrozole may cause ovarian hyperstimulation.
