My wife had taken ipill 2 months back she got her periods 2 months regularly but this month she is due for her periods yesterday but she has not got periods but she is experiencing dark red spotting plss suggest because we are clue less

Visited hospital for regular scan and doctor said that the blood flow to baby is low and need repeat scan next week and previously also stated about baby weight is less. For this blood flow. Suddenly last month I got bleeding on day 14. I don't have history of any such cases in past. It just happened after 3 months of ovulation induction completed. When did TVS scan on day 14 of bleeding, found as Adenomyosis of Uterus. I don't have any past history of adenomyosis. My age is 31 years. What could be the reason of the mid cycle bleeding?
