Which calcium & iron tablet is good and affordable postpartum? We are having Mgd3 & raricap for now which are way too costly. Need good medicine which is not too costly.

I recently started going to the gym frequently since the last 2 months . I got my last period on 5th May and brown spotting from 30th April . Now again on 24th I have started seeing brown spotting . Is the normal ? Normally my cycle was 30 days and I never had brown spotting before periods .

I had 2 moths and my period didn't come last 24th March then after 4-5 days I went to contact then unwanted 72 medicine I took that day after that I had little bit bleeding for 2 days so after that I did 3 times tested after 2 weeks but result came negative .. I haven't had periods yet

Hi mam.. I have 5+ year son .. I didn't take care for me after baby delivery.. now my tummy is very sagging n loose like I can pull my skin.. how to reduce it.. and how to tighten my tummy What can i do to it to become like before delivery and same for breast also sagging loose like old ladies .. please suggest me how to do what to eat? I had miscarriage of 6 weeks after that I did torch test in that I got cmv igg positive and hsv igg(9.6)and igm (1.4)positive.. My gynecologist gave me 15 days course tablets and after that igm is negative( 0.4)..what all this means?? My husband also have hsv igg positive (9.7) what does this mean??

I hv recently got married one month ago and after  marriage also I was normal but from the few days I have continuous fast  urin . I hav to go washroom again and again .  I just can't hold it .earlier inwas able to hold my urin bt now I can't hold it even for five min. My thyroid profile results are Total T3-1.96 ng/ml, Total T4-15.66 and TSh is 1.59. Anything to worry about?

On day 2 of cycle my Fsh level is 3.65 , LH level is 4.55 and E2 level is 51.54 are these level fine when ttc?
