The placenta is seen along anterior wall, lower end approximately 2 cms from Internal OS. It shows grade 1 maturity. Is this normal? I am approx 20+ weeks. Can I perform all workouts - upper or lower body? Thank you.

Period cycle
My period cycle is some months 27/28 days . A few months later it is of 30 days and sometimes of 24/25 days. Last month it was of 27 days. I had relation on day 12 n 14. Will I be able to conceive if any ? And is ovulation happening on day 14-16 ? As my cycle varies , plz enlighten
