Difference between implantation and period my period date was 23 June but I have 19 June is there implantation and period bleeding

Iam suffering from Infertility since 4 years.I have also done 4 follicular studies and have 3iuis.Even my mensuration cycle is not proper.I have irregular periods .And the egg is also not made in proper size.I am very upset what can I do for this situation.please suggest me.

I have to delay my periods for a trip for few days. The pharmacist gave me this Norethisterone tablets IP 5mg - Promet N. Please advise me for the dosage and will this really help? I'm really confused and need proper guidance please help.

Hi my wife had last LMP on 16/05/2022 and this month she missed her periods. She had taken Letroz for egg making and a trigger of Hucog IU 5000 for rupture of egg. We visited doctor yesterday but now she is on leave for a week. Our doctor suggested TSH Ft4 and beta Hcg test reports are attached. Kindly guide me what to do. Is everything ok. Doctor also suggested TVS ultrasound after 10 Days. Taking medicine 37.5 mg for thyroid.

Hiiiiii doctor... My periods are regular this month my period date is 11 but today I got my period it's 10 days late do i need to worry about this 10 delay is normal, could you clarify

16th may- 1st day of periods 17th may- took unwanted 72 20- 23th may- withdrawl bleeding happened 20 june- took 3 Urine Preganancy Test( at 2 hours gap) all came negative. Yet no periods has occured? What is this? I am not preganant,then why periods are not coming, is there something serious? B hcg report will come today. After that what should i do???

I was advised to take Deviry 10mg tablet if my periods don't happen for more than 40days. And as prescribed I am taking this tablet since 3days, the course is for 5days. I saw spotting today, so I am confused whether I would continue and complete the 5day course or stop the medication as I saw some spotting Kindly advice. Thanks.

Hi, I am 28 yrs old married mother, I didn't get mensus this month, I do not have any problems, but yesterday I found little blood in urine ,after that no more. What may be the reason?

I did an USG last month and got diagnosed with bulky uterus (10.7*4.5*4.4) and small calcific posterior myometrial fibroids ( one is 2.4*2.6 cm and another one is 1.6*1.5 cm) . Ovaries have a simple cyst (3.7*1.9 in left) and small right hydrosalpinx. I also had small cyst removed in 2019 measuring 0.8*0.3 cm. Attaching both reports (2019 and 2022). The doctor is suggesting surgery to remove fibroids. I do not have pain as such but I am constipated most times. ( Frequency of motion is once every 2 days) I maintain am exercise routine-  walking for 30 mins every day. I am also diet conscious, reduced 10 kgs in past 4 months ( 67 to current 57). Should I proceed with surgery.please help
