We are trying conceiving over one year.After some blood test, dr prescribed normoz tablet twice daily for 3 months and three months completed.now dr said you can try next 6 month with normoz and also added Fertisure F
my query is , Is it necessary to take normoz twice or once daily is okay? we have taken normoz twice or 3.5 months
also when to take medicine , before or after food for better result

Normoz is used to treat pcod
The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
U can stop if ur bmi is healthy
