Is it possible to get bleeding like periods with clots that could be implantation bleeding for two continuous months with a gap of 25 days between the two bleeding?

Due to endometriosis,My wife taken contraceptive pills for 2 months(42days). After that she have taken dinogest for 21 days and then after, she stopped taking any one of the pills.. Now from last month she has regular periods So is she can conceive now also or there are any effect of contraceptive pills that delay ovulation for next 2-3 months???

My wife had undergone NT scan today (13 weeks 4 days) everything is normal but mean pi value is 1.9, do we need to worry about it ?? Doctor has suggested ecospirin 75 tablet twice a day.. pls suggest

NIPT test-> Chromosome18 high risk(15). Sonography is also positive. Go for child or termination is only option.

I have attached my reports. The blood was collected before staring of injection. I am on loparin 0.4 injection for alternate days after reports. I am 5 wk preg. Sir can you please explain why there is difference in both test? Do i really need this Injection as blood thinners?
