I read that I should take NORETHISTERONE-5MG thrice a day atleast for 3 days until the day I want to have my periods. Is it correct?

Is the difference between CRL and BPD fine in this report? I have a history of two missed miscarriages and one at 10w because of no heartbeat since starting and  last one was at 14 w(+-7 days) which was detected at 17 weeks. I hope everything will be fine this time , i am on 2 times progesterone and 1 time aspirin this time.

If I bleed three days enough to fill in two pads a day with blood clots on first two days and brown blood with red on third day. Is it periods or implantation bleeding?

My AMH dropped from 3.75ng/ml in dec 2021 to 0.99 ng/ml in July 2022. Can it drop so much in 6 months? I only had high fever last month and had to take antibiotics. Apart from that my prolactin has come high at 45 and ai missed my period this month.

I want to delay my period for this month due to travelling. What medicine to take which doesnt have any side effects. When to start and when to stop taking it ?My period starts 3rd of every month.
