I am taking Letrozole and Duphaston for this 4th cycle. Why do I feel slight rectal pain during ovulation? Though the overall ovulation pain doesn't last more than 8-9 hours

Trying to understand ovulation kit results. I got faint test line on ovulation kit on 15th and 16th day of cycle and after that no test line is coming on kit. So I can assume that ovulation does not happened, but does this mean that ovulation can happen in upcoming days before next period starts? Kindly advise

Multiple endometric cysts
My right ovary has one chocolate cyst of size 36×28 mm and left ovary has multiple chocolate cysts of minimal sizes.
Doctor suggested for laproscopy and then immediate IVF.
