Amniocentesis
My NT scan results are normal. Double marker test shows overall t21 risk of 1:2013. But it shows t21 biochem risk only as 1:155. In this case, is there possibility of down syndrome? Is amniocentesis recommended? Are there any major side effects of this test?

I could not understand why this special mention of biochemical risk. In any case you are doing 2  Biochemistry tests in Double marker.

U need to send the copy of the dual test High risk needs further evaluation In the form of nipt or aminocentesis Yes the risks of aminocentesis may be preterm labour N infection Though happens in rate patient
