Hello doctor I had normal delivery 3 weeks ago. I am doing breast feeding to baby. From morning onwards I am having sore throat. No other symptoms apart from sore throat. I have consulted nearby doctor, he prescribed Alex cough lozenges 3 times a day. Is this medication safe for me and baby in this postpartum time.
