My wife periods due is nearing. She is experiencing unusual symptoms these days. She is was having swellen gums , headache. Since yesterday she was having flow which is not usual it is similar to her fifth day of normal cycle.she is not experiencing any menstrual cramps. Yesterday she was experiencing frequent urination. Should we wait for few more day or should we consult doctor ryt now ?

Let this period be over. After that she should get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report. If this time the blood flow is unusually low compared to earlier times then a urine pregnancy test should also be done.
