Unusual periods pattern
Usually i get very painful periods( cramps and body ache, sore breasts everything) with medium flow for the first 3-4 days. And I get very irregular periods too. I have checked myself several times, the doctor says internally everything is fine. But this month I got my periods, and I got  very minimal flow with some brownish fluid. And I got no body ache no cramps, nothing, what can be the reason? Does it signify something bad? Or is it a common thing because of the change of water, food pattern or something? Let me know if it's bad in any way. Thank you.

Reasons for less flow could be Being overweight Deranged thyroid and prolactin levels Pregnancy You need investigations to find out It is unrelated to change of  food n  water
