My tvs is confirming endometrial polyp, but HSG is not showing presence of polyp. Shall I proceed for hysteroscopic polypectomy?

It's been two days since my period has ended, I get a sharp pain or mild cramp sometimes on either side of my lower abdomen and a backache as well. What could be the reason?
