I had normal delivery a month back with episiotomy. Since delivery I do not have urge to pee. I do not feel that bladder is full. Although if I go to washroom by myself and try to pee, I am able to pass the urine. But i cannot feel the bladder full. Pls advise

Please get an assessment of your residual urine. It can be done by passing urine and after that you should get the catheterization done. We want to see how much urine is still there after passing urine. If it is a substantial amount then you will need bladder training.
