I have got white patches on my vulva . Can I take the treatment online! . It's white greyish . And it's only on some part of my vulva since 2-3 months and not spreading just causes itching. Would it be fine if i take consultation online?

Hi. I have a history of pcos and in a routine checkup a hemorrhagic cyst of 59 x 42mm has been in my left ovary. Pcos was gone last year and I was advised to go off my meds. Since then periods has been irregular even extending to 80days of cycle. I want to know if my situation right now is critical. Please help as I'm unable to seek medical help at the moment. Will this cyst need surgical removal? I have attached my USG report.

I have already gone through Hysteroscopy. Now again a doctor is suggesting for Endometrial TB Pcr test.My Hysteroscopy report was good,nothing was found in that report.I just want to know if Hysteroscopy report is normal then also TB test needed again?Was it not possible to find TB issue at the time of Hysteroscopy?How is Endometrial TB Pcr done? Kindly help me

Hello doctor I have pcos ..I am having corectia-M Tablet.My gynac suggested me pink eva-35 to regulate my menstrual cycle.. From this month she gave me Goodova L-5mg & celinF capsule ... But in this cycle I got verry less bleeding . How can I concive naturally

I am having pain in lower abdomen (in centre) while urinating during periods since 4 months. I have got Urine culture test done and no bacteria / fungus growth was there in culture. I got abdomen ultrasound done too and no abnormalities were found. I have this pain only during 2nd day of periods and no pain on any other days. Also i did not have this pain before 4 months. (I have repeated urine culture 3 tumes and ultrasound 2 times but the reports had no issue at all) Is this kind of pain normal ? Else, what could be the root cause ?

So withdrawal bleeding isn't necessary after taking pill. But is taking the urine test now necessary? Can't we just wait till the period date for it to come ? Or is taking the test before necessary ?

Which is better to apply on c sec stitches .. sofinox cream or povidone & iodine ointment...Kindly guide me
