Is it normal to get cramps in lower abdomen two days after your period has ended? Or it can be some underlying issue

I am having a abdomen pain So I had a usg of whole abdomen and it comes out that I have a cyst in left ovary of 23mm size. LFT , KFT reports are normal. CBC reports are normal How to cure this problem.pls help

2 months ago suddenly I feel shortness of breath and breast heaviness  , then I see lump in my left  breast lobules  that time it's was round but within 1-2 weeks it was hard and big then back pain , then I go to checkup doctor do usg but it's normal usg not detected anything my breast was very heavy that's why I think, lung x ray normal doctor gives medicine but no relief now my left breast tissue are to tight and , I feel left armpit swelling and tightness and too much pain in arm . New pain started in  left breast pinching like near armpit from 3 weeks I don't feel my breast normal I feel something wrong I got all symptoms of metastatic breast cancer . Please tell what I do cause I have heavy breast ? Usg not detected lumps .Can I have metastatic breast cancer?  and I also feel  shortness of breath and arm numbness and swelling with pain ?

The HSG reports say Skiagrams of hysterosalpingogram shows normal uterine cavity. Left fallopian tube is opacified and shows beaded appearance with left peritoneal spill noted. Right fallopian tube is opacified with no obvious right peritoneal spill noted. Intravasation of contrast noted. My doctor says I have damaged tubes and IVF is the only option. Also she said that I might have ovarian tuberclosis. Do I need to get some more tests done or I am normal. I didn't find the doctor's response satisfactory

Hi, my periods was scheduled on 11th June but I received it on 18th june evening and the periods was of 5 days i.e. it end on 22nd june. I even gone with beta HCG test on 17th june and I got below 2.39 mIU/mL. Is that normal? Please assist. I dont need to go through with test again right? I am negative of pregancy right? Please explain clearly thanks.

Hi I have a history of PCOS that was cured last year and my gynae suggested that I do away with all meds. Now in a routine checkup, a hemorrhagic cyst of 5.9cm showed on USG. I have been having irregular periods since I went off the meds. Cycle has extended to 80days too. Please suggest if this critical and needs immediate attention. I am married. Asking here as I'm unable to seek medical help at this moment.
