Is long term(3 years+) use of dienogest (due to endometriomas on ovary) causes low bone mineral density and it causes arthritis/osteoporosis? So what vitamin/medicine should continue with dienogest to avoid low bine mineral density? Plz help 🙏. Thank you 🙏

Sometimes feeling pain under left breast. Hear is okay as per recent ECG report and other tests are also perfect. I have thyroid which is under control now. Is it normal lower side of the left breast is little bit hard than right one? I have bilateral fibroadrnoma as well. USG report is also okay

Hiii. My last menstrual period is may 27 2922.my period will come on 32 to 35 days they are irregular not very late it will be 3 days after or before. I got my urine pregnency test on June 27 it is positive. July 2 I did blood test my hcg level are 344.i had internal bleeding also doctor told I am at abortion risk. 3 months back I had sub choronic hemorrage it is large at 10 weeks I had spontaneous abortion. I am worried now. Today I had lite right back and pelvic pain. I don't know what I should do. Please guide me. I am on duphaston, system 200,mcbm medication.
