Misoprostol tablets are safe for abortion by mouth for second and third time. And plz tell me i have silent miscariage for second time in 16 month first time i use misoprostol by mouth. This time 10 weeks from lmp but gestional size by 5 week 13mm. Before 2 weeks its 20mm and 5.5 weeks.

Last year I had lost wt and my cycles were regular till May 2022. Since June I haven't had my periods. My prolactin, TSH, testosterone lvls were high. I was given deviry 10 for 5 days. Currently waiting for my periods. Will this affect my fertility? And will losing weight help in regularising my periods? Or is there no gurantee of it ever being regular?
