I am a 47-year-old female. From past one week, I am having black spots but no periods. I have severe thigh and calf muscle pain.  I have a bloating stomach. My periods were normal until last month and I should have had it on 29th May, but until now I didn't get my periods. An IUD has been inserted three years back and it has to be removed in January 2024. Please help me.

I had my periods in April on 10th of April, then in May I had on 5th of may and my last period was started on 25th of may. Last day of my periods was 30th May. And after that I missed my periods this month.

Last year my wife got abortion due to no baby heart beat and now she is conceive...when visited doctor...they adviced to take Clexane 40 mg daily and Fertigyn 5000 once in a week for one month... after 2nd follow up visit after one month she recommended to take the same upto 5 month... My wife has already taken it for one month after first visit (one month )but my wife is upset and scared to take the injection upto 5 months...Baby heart beat is good..is it recommended to continue the injections... Along with these she is taking Tablet Duphaston, Ecospirin and Doxinate...

I have pcos problem since last 5years.I am unmarried. I take prescribed medicine for regulizing my periods.Last month I got my period normally without any contraceptive medicine.But this month I am having light period with light bleeding since 10 days. its being 10 days but period does not stop. Do I need any medicine?please suggest.

I am a pcos patient. Today is my 10th day of cycle .. as per my gynac I did follicle scan ultrasound ...as per report I have grown follicle at my right ovary my left ovary don't shows any follicle . Can I conceive with this scenario..
