From last 3-4 months periods flow is less..only 2 days but still less than my usual. My weight is also stable trying to loose did dieting too but nothing worked.. Is this because of not proper flow in periods. Kindly recommend

In week33, doctor suggested to take susten sr 200 mg once a day for two weeks.. I had stopped Duphaston 10 mg at 30 week Is it advisable to start susten sr again for two weeks

Hello I've been advised to get Glucose Tolerance Test by my dr. She's asked me to have some food then wait for 1 hour, then have 75gm glucose with water & then give blood sample exact 2 hrs after having the glucose. I want to know what should I have in the food before taking the glucose water so that I pass this test?? I'm not diabetic neither do I have any family history of diabetes

I want to ask whether my b-hcg test is purely negative or will I have to do it again ? This test was done on 5th of July ( a day before yesterday). Test report reads B-hcg < 1.2 mIU/ml (report is attached below). My last period was from 19th-21st May 2022, its been 50 days but I have a problem of irregular menstruation.
