What type of food should be taken to increase bone mineral density whether I'm on long term Use of Emersa 2 mg?

Recently I have changed my 1st  doctor for my endometriosis treatment. My cyst size was decreasing by his medicine dienogest 2 mg but his prediction about my future infertility was too Negative. Anything can happen in future. As now I'm unmarried so this type of negative thing give a lot of phycological problem like anxiety. So that i changed him. Now I consult a doctor who adv. Me to continue the dienogest 2mg tablet/day as long as I want and there is no serious side effect. Because If you don't want marry and baby planning so normal period is harmful for you. And surgery can damage ovarian tisue. So as your pain is under control and cyst size is decresing so donot go for surgery now. You can continue dienogest 2 mg for as long as you want like 7,8,9,..years. If you want , you can take one period yearly after my adv. When ever you want baby only then you can cease dienogest. Am I on the right treatment? Can dienogest be taken as long as I can? Thank you.

Hi Carrying twins at 23 weeks now. Morning 7 30 I had poha breakfast and at 9:30 had 75g glucose water was taken and at 11 Am we were given the blood test. Please see the report attached and suggest us.what next can be done. Is this the correct way of doing OGTT test ?
