I did an ob/g scan last month and baby was measuring 18 weeks 5 days and the sonographer told me baby is fine now my doc advice me anomaly scan at 22 weeks so if my 18 weeks scan was normal then what are chances to have a normal baby at anomaly scan?

Stomach upset and feeling tired
We had late marriage. It is almost 2 years. We are planning for a baby. For me, even if I do a small cleaning work around 18-28th day after period, my stomach gets upset and feeling tired. I am not able to do house work during this time. Also constipation problem occurs during this time.
