Hi Doctor I have done papa smear test for my mom as a general routine, reports attached can you please read through and advise

I have heavy bleeding and severe pain in pelvic region constantly in all days of periods. The cramps are so much that i have to take three painkillers a day for 4-5 days.   My Blood count, thyroid profile normal. Haemoglobin-13.3 Diagnosed pcod.  Sonography shows Posterior uterine wall myoma meas 24×19 mm Right ovary enlarge- 14 cc Left ovary enlarge- 19 cc Follicles in both ovaries - 2mm. One month of Contraceptive pills . Bleeding is not that heavy but the pain  level is same. I can't function without pain killers. I take oxalgin as pain killers. Plz help. What should I do?

Doc preescribed progynova n duphaston for 15 days (28days cycle) after follicle rupture via hcg shot ..bt may cycle is 35 days should i take it for few more days or stop. Today is 3 day after missed period

Hlo dr, I want to ask that haemoglobin is 12.1 but my MCH is low...what is the reason of this .. MCH low is something serious or not plz say by seeing my report...

I'm having PCOS condition and had C-section for the delivery of my baby. It's been 16 days post the delivery but I'm having very low milk supply. I'm taking lactonic granules since few days but still the breast milk is not increasing. Is there any other remedy for increasing the milk supply?

Duphaston n progynova fr 15 days after follicle rupture n bhcg shot bt my cycle is 35days today is 3 day after missed period ..should i continue fr few more days or stop ..b hcg was negative of 1 day of missed period should i take or stop

Hi doctors , it's been 10 days that my menstruation has not stopped yet. My cycle started from 19th (with few drops), and from 22nd bleeding was going on normal, now it's 30th and it hasn't yet stopped, which leaves me a bit worried. Your suggestions would be appreciated rather than only asking to consult a gynaecologist.

Normoz 2. ⁠Glyciphage SR 500 3. ⁠Folvite MB 4. ⁠Uprise 5. ⁠Duphaston (as per docs sugg) 6. ⁠Letroz (as per docs sugg)

Hello I am taking freedays30 tablet daily at 10:15 pm but I missed one night and took in morning 6:00 am . Is it correct? What should I do?
