Pregnancy and Infertility

My LMP was on 11-Aug-2022. I have regular periods of 28-30 days cycle till now. UPT test is negative and beta hcg is 0.1. Had taken deviry for 5 days. It has been 1 week since shopping deviry,but no periods till now. Prolactin is 31.61 and TSH is 1.5 and T4 is 15.86. What should I do next

Is Ovral l tablet and femilon tablet are same please tell.......and in how many days periods come after complete 21 days tablet course pleas tell....and when periods is not come taking 21 days course then what will do

I'm unmarried. My periods is due on 4th but I've an exam on 8th and the exam centre is around 6 hrs away from my place due to which I've to travel on 7th and 8th. That's why I want to delay my periods. 2 months back when I delayed my periods due to travelling reasons, I visited hospital and the Doctor prescribed me Tab Primolut -N 5 mg. So, this time can I take the same tablet without the prescription? If yes then please tell me that should I take 2 times or 3 times a day because i don't remember whether it took 2 or 3 times a day last time. Thank you in advance.

I am 29 years old TTC more than 6 months. I am experiencing abnormal bleeding since last 3 cycles. Bleeding happenes in between 8-10th day of period cycle. My gynecologist suggested me "Pause XT" twice in a day of bleeding.but my main concern is why this is even happening ? Please guide.
