Hi I am 34 years old and suffered two missed abortion in 7 months of period between 9 to 10 weeks. In first time I had bleeding issue and baby's heartbeat came at 7th week but at 9th week it went. Next time I have no issue like bleeding or cramping everything was normal but this time hearbeat came at 6 week 5 days and absent at 9 week scan. Will it happen to me in future too. My blood sugar level and thyroid report is normal.

18sep cycle start and stop but After menstruation light bleeding not stop. Please Suggest medicine .
