Hello doctor, I gave birth to my son 2 years ago, normal. i never used any birth control method before. i got mirena inserted, and it been 24hrs, i am having severe lower back pain and hip pain. on and off stomach cramp ( like period cramps). also having bleed. i feel very tired. is this normal?! how can i come through this?! can i take any medication for the pain?!

Am 37 years old and have had regular cycles till now in the range of 28-32 days. My LMP was on 11-Aug-2022 and have not got my periods till now. I had taken deviry for 5 days and its been 8 days since I stopped it. Beta hcg is 0.1. UPT taken today morning was negative. Prolactin is 31 and TSH is 1.5, T4 is 15.66. What could be issue here? Am concerned as I have never missed periods like this

I am about to turn 32 soon. We are trying to conceive since last 6 months on and off as because of our work we are at distance sometimes. Already have taken all tests and as per our doctor suggestions we have to try normally. So, my concern is how long it takes normally or should we have to see other ways around.

A patient of 42 years old suffered from cervicitis last 2 weeks and antibiotics are taken for 1 week  and after that  she suffered from abdominal bloating like stomach swollen like a balloon and it is not reduced till now is there any git prblms?

I am 19years old and I have pcos and I am aware of that and my periods are not regular and I have even consulted regarding this and the problem is I want to know the ovulation period for 40-42 days cycle if a normal period cycle is 28-29 days but mine is not normal but I want to know the ovulation period cycle for this when the egg is formed?
