Iam 21 years old suffering from irregular periods (pcod) I don't get periods in regular intervals with this case I've a travel trip in upcoming days and I want to avoid my period. To avoid it how would I predict when my periods are...my main concern is how would I predict my upcoming period...

U cannot predict the next date of periods if u hv an irregular cycle
U can take an average of the last 3 cycles
N plan postponement accordingly
