I would suggest that you take Tab Dronis 30mg 1tab once daily for 3cycles at least….alongwith good nutritious diet plus some kind of physical activity like brisk walking for 30mins a day or aerobic exercises…lifestyle modification helps in reversing PCOS hugely…connect for further queries
