May i know What is dominant follicle/cyst in left ovary? Is it preparing for  menstruation process ?

Dominant follicle will rupture at ovulation. Time of Scan is not mentioned on which day it done

Okay, so every month one follicle increases more in size compared to the other follicles which is called the dominant follicle and egg or ovum is released through that follicle which if gets fertilised causes pregnancy and if not then prepares you for menstruation. In ur case the usg is suggestive of pcos pattern in the right ovary that means two many follicles are growing at the same time.
