I have done my growth scan at 28 weeks fetal weight is kg and BPD is according to 29w but AC is 26, weeks in scan they mentioned placenta early grade maturity 2..isit any issue.how to protect my placenta to not goto grade 3 early

I got c section 2 months back and I am exclusively breastfeeding. I got lighter periods after 6 weeks that continued for 5 days. Again I got light periods after 8 weeks of delivery. My doctor told me that it may happen as body is adjusting. I just want to confirm if this is normal?

I'm having twins, currently 24th week running. Around 4th month doctor found one baby don't have amniotic fluid and they told it will not survive. Present baby is thr,yesterday i went for scan and they told kidneys not visible we are also not sure it's because of no amniotic fluid or not. I'm 32 years woman and trying to conceive since 6 months. Yesterday it was my 2nd day of period and I have done some hormonal tests like LH , FSH , AMH and prolactin. My FSH is 4.67 mIU/mL LH is 6.64 mIU/mL Prolactin is 17.7 ng/mL AMH is 1.54 TSH is 1.81 Is it normal report of 2nd day of period? Also since 3-4 period cycles I'm bleeding only for 1 or 2 days. There is no bleeding or spotting from 3rd day.

Hello respected Doctors Greetings. First of all thank you all for your seevices. I am 39 yrs old unmarried female. For the past two yrs I have been noticing that during winters only my period gets heavy and too much cramps. I have been doing my usg and complete MRI to rule out anything like cysts or fibroids. But the report comes clear. My thyroid values are always normal. I am not diabetic either. From the month of Dec till March my period gets all messed up. After which it becomes normal. I am not understanding what's going on. I have been to my Gynae but she says everything is normal. Your input would be highly appreciated. If all my values are normal and I don't have any cysts or fibroids then why this is happening? Regards Ishani
