Pregnancy and Infertility

A large unilocular well marginated clear fluid containing cyst is seen in right iliac fossa. It measures 73mm (AP) x 94mm (TR) x 95mm (CC) in size with a volume of 326cc. A thin septa is seen within this cyst. No hemorrhage, solid component or fat signal is seen. The right ovary is not separately visualized. Is it possible to treat this by laparoscopy or open surgery ?

Hi mam/ sir, Am taking lactare tablet continuosly 4 months,I stopped 2 days now, my milk is very low, now my baby enter 7th month , started solid foods, my baby crying at night time, so can i take lactare tablet again  mam?? Or galact powder ?? This tablet is safe?? How can i increase breastmilk

In USG pelvic (30/dec/2022) all are Normal ,but Uterus endometrial line thickness is 4.8 mm. So i regular my period ?? In April 2022 i go for thyroid test & prolactin test  . TSH-3.26 ng/dl T3-121 ng/dl T4-9.56 ng/dl Prolactin -8.21 ng/ml So, plz how to regulate my period??

I have c sec delivery on 16 dec , after 4 days of delivery bleeding stopped, from 30 dec started agn bt having normal bleeding .bt today 3 Jan lot of bleeding going on , one pad is overload fill by bleeding in 4 hour, left right movement krne pr bi bleed ho rha h, is it nrml??? My doc suggested me to take Tab tranexa thrice a day for three days and Tab Sevista 60mg twice a week for one month , can I take both tab for stop bleeding or wait 2 or 3 days for stop bleeding automatically pls suggest???

I was on contraceptives for 2years ... From feb2020 to fe2022 . Then stopped in Feb 2022. Since then my periods hav been highly irregular and heavy. Gained nearly 12 kgs since then . I m extremely lathargic after meals..n tiered constantly. Please help.
