Hello, I am so terrified and embarrassed to wake up with some sort of contractions in sleep and found out it was an orgasm from a dream. I am 18 weeks and cerclage was placed at 13 weeks. I am so scared and terrified if I would have caused any damage due to the orgasm. Does having a preventative cerclage placed and orgasm in sleep after make any changes to my cervix/cerclage?
