Hi dr. I have delivered bby girl 7 months ago. .after that j have not seen my periods for 7 months ...when will my period start?.. is this normal absence of periods

I got DNC done on 31st December 2022. I am currently on tab Nevlon the course of which wil complete on 21st January 2023. I am not not having any other issues after DNC. I have been on uterine fibroid for which doc has recommended laparoscopic myomectomy. I want to know since i have recently had DNC, is it recommended to go for laparoscopic myomectomy ? How much gap should be there between the two? Wil it be fine if i plan the surgery towards March end or April beginning? Will I be completely recovered from DNC by then?

Pain in the left side of the lower stomach and sometimes the right side which comes and goes sometimes mild, sometimes sharp. Experiencing pain especially 2 to 3 days before my period on the left side for the past 3 months. Ignored it as it was mild back then now it's getting severe

Sir/Madam, 3 months earlier (mid Oct), My Wife (26+ yrs) had a miscarriage naturaly....doctor told wait for 3 months atleast...now (after 3months) we went to see Doctor (Gynecologist) and Doctor prescribes two three tablets ..one of which is Bifolate (once a day after meal) Chemmist shows us Sysfol Active and Sysfol Plain (5 MG)....he told Sysfol Active is better and we took it.. As there are many options (just watched youtube for this that there should be 5 MG). Plz suggest...whether Sysfol Active is good Regards

Hi, I have been trying to conceive.On medication and follicular study. I have Ovulated  4 days ago. I have been also suffering from cold and cough followed by Severe pain in left ear. My ENT suggested for painkiller Naxdom 500mg. Can I take this while trying to conceive this month.is it safe to use ??
