Hello, im 29 years old and i got my periods 10 days early which is usually 28-30 days on an average, I'm getting too much cramps even after taking pain meds , is this a proper or normal ?

I've been noticing this for a few months now. I have excessive pinworm discharge from the anus a week or 5 days before my periods, every month. It's a lot, it irritates me, and I catch a cold too and keep sneezing/running nose too. What could be the reason of getting pinworms every month before periods? It's extremely troublesome. My mother underwent hysteroscopy guided D&C last year in June for AUB. Report came as disordered proliferative endometrium and she was put on cyclic primolut n for past 6 months. Since bleeding showed no improvement and abdomen ultrasound shows growth of fibroid doctor finally advised for hysterectomy. I want to check if further TVS still shows thick endometrium do we need to repeat hysteroscopy before undergoing hysterectomy ? D&C was done in June 2022. Asking this for monetary concerns
