My mother underwent hysteroscopy guided D&C last year in June for AUB. Report came as disordered proliferative endometrium and she was put on cyclic primolut n for past 6 months. Since bleeding showed no improvement and abdomen ultrasound shows growth of fibroid doctor finally advised for hysterectomy. I want to check if further TVS still shows thick endometrium do we need to repeat hysteroscopy before undergoing hysterectomy ? D&C was done in June 2022. Asking this for monetary concerns

I had hysterectomy in June my overies are not removed but from few days i have watery v discharge why it is happening is it concerning

Hii, my period is bit irregular I come in 28-36 days. But in this cycle I didn't get my period, my last lmp was on 24 dec. I checked for beta hcg blood test on 30th jan and 5 Feb both came negative. I took cirina ncr from 30-3rd 15 mg for five days I am getting strong cramps. Is the test relevant. I beta hcg test done at right time why I feeling cramp when I will be getting the period

Underwent hysteroscopy, D&C, HSG scan for endometrial polys.. was on fertility medicines prescribed.. Novelon 21 days followed by Letrozole 2.5 mg (2) tabs per day for 5 days. Soon after developed polyps on 8th day scan.. Underwent hysteroscopy n D&C - biopsy reports results- endometrial polyps due to progesterone effect.. Is it due to the medication as I got it soon after.. ? What does this polyps due to progesterone effect mean.? Thank u.
