Missed abortion at 9 weeks 3 days
I had missed abortion at 9 weeks 3 days& undergone D & E procedure , is it okk that I got nil bleeding after procedure with no pain or cramping. My fetal heart rate was not detected twice with USG pelvis , so doctor told missed abortion & suggested d& e..my periods also not came...is it ok to have d & e which had been done to me or it should be d& c at 1 St trimester as I came to know d & c is done in 1 St trimester miscarriage...should I visit doctor for my nil bleeding & periods delay

Dne is dilatation n evacuation that is done in a pregnant uterus Dnc ... dilatation n curettage is done in a non pregnant uterus What u underwent  was the procedure of choice An empty uterus will not bleed No bleeding ensures completion of the process
