I am having brown discharge and lower abdomen pain for past 6 ,7 hours and having nausea. It is time to get my period but instead of period I get brown discharge

Sir /madam kya meri wife conceive kar sakti hai? After missed abortion 6 month ago.its USG pelvic report at the day 25th after period.Please tell me is this everything good this report after 25th day after period? endometrium is ok? Or not?

Can hearing loss in babies cured ? Is there any treatment for restoring hearing capacity? If yes , can it be completely restored?

Heavy stomach pain during periods days  and irregular period. We check with doctor's take all scan and all test , results said no issues but pain is coming not resolved.this is occurring every month.

I got tested for beta hcg test on 30-01-2023 and 05-02-2023 both result was negative my last lmp was on 24 dec and second last was on 18/19 nov by not got period this month . My cycle is around 28-36 days. Is beta hcg test accurate.

Can I have a pet dog while having IVF treatment with donar eggs??? The dog breed is beagle puppy and I'm so exhausted because of this fertility treatment but don't know about the safety, please let us know 🙏 Thanks in advance.
