Pregnancy and Infertility

I have irregular periods for sometime. So I didn't get my periods for last six months. I have been practising yoga in the mean while nearly 6 months now. In recent days im getting spots and sometimes little more then spotting also but not looks like period. Is it natural? Is my cycle getting to normal? But its continuing more than 7 days too. What can i do... is this how pcod reverse back to normal condition when practicing yoga?? Kindly help doctors ..

Hello, im 29 years old and i got my periods 10 days early which is usually 28-30 days on an average, I'm getting too much cramps even after taking pain meds , is this a proper or normal ?

I've been noticing this for a few months now. I have excessive pinworm discharge from the anus a week or 5 days before my periods, every month. It's a lot, it irritates me, and I catch a cold too and keep sneezing/running nose too. What could be the reason of getting pinworms every month before periods? It's extremely troublesome. Please help
