Pregnancy and Infertility

I had conceived thrice by using clomid, two miscarriages and one ectopic but now my doctor prescribe me letrozole so should I go for it or take clomid plz suggest some good advice. My amh is 1.8 but doc told me that your situation is same as that of PCOS bz your outer layer of ovaries is thick and it can't release egg inspite of good follicles growth.

My period cycle extended to 40 days this time. I have been experiencing cramps, lower back pain, constipation,bloating and gassy but there is no bleeding. My cycle started on 30th dec and I didn't get my periods till now. What should I do?? Which medicine should I take to get my periods?

I my having growth in my chest area my sugar is also high and I am having acne on my whole back and now it has started to develop on my chest previously in nov I was detected with a blood infection and took many medications. Right now I don't know which kind of doctor I should consult to help me.

Hlo after negative beta hcg test twice taken cirina ncr 15 mg for 5 days after 3 days got widrawal bleeding but bleeding flow is very heavy with strong cramps and feeling nausea I am taking pain reliver medicine but not much effect and yesterday I passed a clot why is this happening pls help

I took this test 14day past iui. I can see a faint line, came in 2 mins after testing. My lmp was 12th Jan and i have 27 days of cycle and today is 7th feb. I am on progesterone tabs too. Is there is any chance it is positive?
